Intergenerational Bike Rally in Maliszów
On 13th July in Maliszów held place the Second Intergenerational Bike Tour. On Saturday rainy morning at 10 o’clock at local court among golden grain and lush green grass there was a meeting of all habitants who come together to ride bikes ahead. The villagers arrived in raincoats but with a great desire to overcome a designated bicycle route. On behalf of the county-mayor of Kowala, secretary commune Sławomir Stanik, Wojciech Ćwierz greeted all people. Before leaving we heard valuable tips from the representative of Traffic Department of the City Police in Radom. Volunteer Fire Department from Kowala under the direction of the Commander Mieczysław Gębski accompanied from the beginning and also watch over the safety on the road. There was also God’s blessing from priest Bogdan Siurnik of the Roman Catholic Parish in Dąbrówka Warszawska.
Start of the rally was from the ground in Maliszów then the route led by Grabina, Józefów, Lubelska Maliszów, Romanów, Maliszów Piachy, MaliszówStara Wieś and the finale was in building label pasta Mr Stanigław Domagała. The rally proceeded safely and in accordance with its intended purpose.
As first occurred Magic Andro with the illusion and magic show, he entertained the entire audience especially the youngest. After a mysterious but cheerful performance of magic on the stage appeared Green Ducks team who trains American football in Radom and showed us what is all about in that sport and with great commitment also led the young audience through participation in an unknown sport. There was also a local talent show in the competition ‘Chance for success’.
Participants have shown us what vocal talents they have despite young age. Featured individuals were awarded applauded by the audience and prizes from the organizers. Then on the stage appeared local folk band ‘Niezapominajki’ which with its performance encouraged participant to dance and then sang and danced the whole room. After a beautiful vocal ecstasies there was a time to ‘Our Margarita’. It was 13th July when there is a celebration name Margaret so all Margarets were honoured and appreciated with little gifts. Margarets descend from the stage and in African rhythms enters the scene martial art forms team Capoeira, rhythmic and acrobatic. They surprised us with their performance where in a very committed way they showed the play at the highest level.
There was also a time to settle the art. competition in which the younger residents of Maliszów in very extremely way painted a ‘dream holidays’. Jury selected and awarded the winners. In prophylactic competition ‘Rely on the family’ was chosen the family Chruślak and awarded with attractive family prize. Throughout the meeting the children could receive extraordinary balloon animals which had been made by Kowala Social Welfare Centre employees. During the meeting there was an opportunity to enjoy the hospitality of the residents and help yourself with familiar pastries prepared by housewives of Maliszów as well as there was possibility to enjoy grilled sausages founded by counsellor Dariusz Chruślak and there wan many of people interested in tasting the delicious popcorn donated by Ms Monika Ługowska. Family meeting under the theme Intergenerational Bike Rally was founded by project ‘Social welfare is very often effective’ realised by the Local Social Welfare Centre in Kowala co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund under the Human Capital Operational Programme, Co-organizer, the Association ‘Common Cause’ from Maliszów, all the sponsors and volunteers we warmly thank for your heart and sincere devotion into organization and participation in a family meeting.
