Summary of the campaign: ‘Drugs? I don’t like it!’
On 22nd October 2013 in the John Paul II Public Junior High School in Parznice there was a summary of the nationwide campaign preventing „Drugs? I don’t like it!”. It was realised at the facility in the school year 2012/2013.
Guests and students were welcomed by the headmaster of the school Jacek Jóźwiak. Then spoke the coordinator of the Program of the Prevention and Combating Alcoholism in Kowala. She talked about the throughout the curse of the campaign from January to October. She mentioned about workshops with students from I and II class conducted by Mrs Miroslawa Grzeszczyk – the representative of the Health Centre, working with drug addicts in the Barbara Borzym, PhD, Independent Provincial Public Works Complex Health Care in Radom and lessons of a preventive subject with an educator or classes teachers using the ‘Guide to campaign for educators and teachers’, the announcement of a two-stage knowledge contest, art contest and videos.
The artistic part of the spirit of youth prevention has prepared students. Next on the agenda was the presentation of awards to representatives of the class that received the biggest number of points in the individual competition.
Undoubtedly, the biggest attraction of the meeting was the recital of ‘Life in kind’ by Jacek Musiatowicz – the winner of the President of Poland for outstanding creative personality for 1997. Jacek Musiatowicz is aslo a winner of 33rd Student Song Festival in Krakow, Jozef Musiatowicz a literary award, lyricist for latest album of Partycja Markowska and Iwona Węgrowska, a creator of the music for the movie ‘And you take me over’ which was awarded during the Golden Bears at the Festival in Berlin.
Program ‘Life in kind’ is a prevention addressed to secondary junior school and high school students. The prevention with humour deals with serious issues related to the use of stimulants such as drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, warns young people against pernicious influence.
In the program there were also very important issues such as respect for others, good treatment of people with disabilities, parents. Is was pointed out where you can look for help, advice in the event of a crisis.
The concert was the sum of the observation of living rock, actor and artistic Jacek Musiatowicz.
The subject realises Drug Prevention Program for Kowala commune for the years 2011 – 2013.
